“Pudding-Man” found dead at Ogle

Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a 63-year-old man whose body was found early Monday morning at his Ogle, East Coast Demerara (ECD) residence.

The dead man has been identified as Tejram Ramchandar, also known as “Pudding-Man.” Police said Ramchandar was discovered at about 06:35 hours stuck on the fence at his home.

His body was later transported to the Georgetown Public Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a doctor on duty. Police said the body was then escorted to Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, where it is awaiting a post-mortem examination.
