A man identified as Keiran Daren Warner was killed on Wednesday morning following a collision along the Linden–Soesdyke Highway.
Guyana News Pulse understands that Warner was the driver of motor car PZZ 934, which collided with motor lorry GXX 3002.
The Linden Hospital Complex, in a statement, expressed condolences on Warner’s passing, describing him as a valued member of its Transportation Services Department.
“The Management and Staff of the Linden Hospital Complex extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of our dear colleague Keiran Daren Warner from the Transportation Services,” the hospital said.
“He will be remembered for his dedication and the role he played in supporting the work of healthcare within our community. His presence will truly be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.”
Details surrounding the circumstances of the crash were not immediately available at the time of publication, and the Guyana Police Force (GPF) is yet to issue a statement.
